Book this service if you need assistance with your post-op care. Please have a list of what you'd like to cover, and any concerns you may have. This will be a 1 hr virtual meeting. We will go over diet recommendations, we will discuss what I've done to maximize results. I can also direct you to a nutritionist if further assistance is needed.
